Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Bargains 4 Me (b4m.co.uk) collects and why.

Price alerts

If you set a price alert we store your email address, the product and your target price. We use this only to send you that alert. Each email has a one-click link to remove it, which deletes your alert. Unconfirmed alerts are never emailed. Our lawful basis is your consent.

Clicks to retailers

When you click through to a retailer we record which product and store was clicked, and the time, so we can see which deals are popular. This isn't linked to you personally. Retailers and affiliate networks (such as Awin and Amazon) may set their own cookies when you visit their sites to track the sale. Please see their privacy policies.

Server logs and cookies

Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security. This site itself doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see or delete any data we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
